In this essay, considering the importance of the issues of usury in Muslim society and its condemnation in Islamic economical system, the variant readings of the Quranic verse of 30:39 have been explored and the impact of this variation on the views of Shiite exegetes and jurists has been pointed out. Here, in addition to the explanation of the lexical, verbal, narrative and exegetical aspects of the concept of usury, the two terms of «(ءَاتَیْتُم (اَتیتم)» و «لِیَرْبُوَا (لِتُربُوا» and the different ways of reading them and justifications expressed for each have been discussed using an analytic approach. It is concluded that, the various inferences made of this verse such as the permissibility or impermissibility of usury and the variety of the partial inductions concerning the verse such as the fact that the verse refers to the gifts or lending or Nasi’eh usury, are all the consequences of the various ways of reading the verse. Then the attention of the jurists and exegetes to the variations of the reading has led to the variety of inferences about the verse. <em>اختلاف قرائات قرآنی در برخی از آیات الاحکام، باعث اختلاف در برداشت و فهم مفسران و فقها شده است. در این مقاله با توجه به اهمیت بحث ربا در جامعه و مذمت و نهی از آن در اقتصاد اسلامی، به بررسی اختلاف قرائات آیه ۳۹ سوره روم و اثر آن بر آرای مفسران و فقیهان شیعه می‌پردازیم و ضمن تبیین و تحلیل لغوی، قرائی، روائی و تفسیری ربا با بیان اختلاف قرائت دو واژه «ءَاتَیْتُم (اَتیتم)» و «لِیَرْبُوَا (لِتُربُوا)» و بررسی وجوه قرائات و احتجاجات هر قرائت، با نگاهی تحلیلی نشان داده می‌شود که تنوع برداشت‌های حُکمی از این آیه از قبیل ربای حلال یا حرام و نیز تنوع برداشت‌های مصداقی همچون تفسیر متعلَّق ربا در آیه به عطیه یا هدیه یا هبه یا قرض فایده دار یا ربای نسیئه در نظر مفسران و فقیهان شیعه، ناظر به اختلاف قرائات آیه است و توجه به قرائات توسط بسیاری از این فقیهان و مفسران است که ظرفیت این تفاسیر و فتاوی مختلف را ایجاد کرده است. </em> https://qhs.isu.ac.ir/article_1887_7302e3f5e7c072aea8801faf8a492be0.pdf
