Some emphasize on a pillar, a group on two pillars, some on three pillars, and some on the four pillars of the definition of the meaning of faith, documented in the Quranic verses. In this research, the view of the Qur'an is extracted, reported, analyzed by Qualitative content analysis method in a documentary, reasoned and text axis to provide background for the answer to the above question, about the issue of faith beyond the conflict of theologians and commentators and only by focusing on Quranic verses. From an analytical study of the verses of faith in the Qur'an, faith is meant to be the confirmation of certainty that it is in the heart, and therefore, faith is a matter of heart. Also, all types of accessories of the Faith are in common in sacred. The result is that faith is a sacred affirmation. Faith has a degree and is free will, heart and reciprocal with disbelief, and placed after Islam and before virtue, goodness, confidence and truth. <strong>چیستی ایمان، یکی از مهم­ترین سؤالاتی است که در درازنای تاریخ اسلام، ذهن مفسران و متکلمان اسلامی را به خود مشغول ساخته است. برخی بر یک رکن، گروهی بر دو رکن، بعضی بر سه رکن و عده­ای بر چهار رکن اصلی در تعریفِ چیستیِ ایمان، مستند به آیات قرآن، تأکید ورزیده­اند. در این پژوهش، دیدگاه قرآن، در باب چیستیِ ایمان به دور از منازعات متکلمان و مفسران و تنها با تمرکز بر آیات قرآن، به شیوۀ مستند، مستدل و متن­محور و با روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی؛ استخراج، گزارش و تحلیل شده تا زمینه برای پاسخ به سؤال پیش­گفته فراهم آید. از مطالعۀ تحلیلی آیات مربوط به ایمان در قرآن به دست می­آید که ایمان به معنای تصدیق و مراد از تصدیق، یقین است که در قلب، جای دارد و از همین رو، ایمان امری قلبی است. نیز همۀ گونه­های متعلَّقات ایمان در قدسی بودن مشترکند. نتیجه اینکه ایمان، تصدیقِ امرِ قدسی است. ایمان، دارای مراتب، اختیاری، قلبی و متقابل با کفر است و پس از اسلام و پیش از تقوا، احسان، اطمینان، بِرّ و صدق قرار می­گیرد.</strong> https://qhs.isu.ac.ir/article_2476_f3a4fb54c4808e70aa03f30c472b7d40.pdf
