Majesty amir (AS) recommendations as well it opens new horizons in the analysis the text of the letter in arena foreign policy with focus blame breaking the treaty. Types of governmental exposure have significant frequency in the form of interactively, punitive, educative, evaluation and incentive and provides an updated model in all arenas of management.
