Tehran, Iran. ‎ 0000-0001-8968-5541 Journal Article 2021 10 01 The Ashura movement is one of the fateful events in the history of early Islam, which the discourse of textual analysis is related to, it can be the key and central point of the school of Imamate to the society. In this research, the historical review of the discourses reproduced from the Ashura incident in the first ten centuries of Hijri is discussed, and it is investigated which narrative the authors of later historical and hadith books, deliberately or unconsciously, chose and reflected in their works? The necessity of this research is because it familiarizes the audience with the intellectual atmosphere governing the society of that day and the needs to some extent. The results of the investigations showed that five major discourses are among the discourses produced during the Ashura movement, which the authors of each historical book have reproduced according to the circumstances.
