The central question of this study is the meaning of the expression bi-aḥsani mā kānū yaʿmalūn and the manner in which it explains the nature and measure of divine reward. Adopting a descriptive-analytical approach, and drawing upon Sunnī and Shīʿī exegetical sources, relevant ḥadīth traditions, and educational analyses by Muslim scholars of education, the study critically examines the principal interpretations of this expression. The findings demonstrate that the phrase should not be understood merely as indicating that God rewards individuals solely on the basis of their best deed. Rather, it denotes an elevating mechanism of divine grace through which God perfects the righteous deeds of believers, raising them to their highest degree of excellence, while—through faith and steadfast perseverance—concealing their sins or transforming them into good deeds. This interpretation is supported by related Qurʾānic passages, including “Indeed, the patient will be given their reward without measure” (Q. 39:10) and verses affirming the multiplication of righteous deeds. Beyond its theological and exegetical significance, this Qurʾānic teaching offers important implications for positive psychology, moral motivation, religious education, and the cultivation of hope and personal responsibility. The study concludes that the promise embodied in bi-aḥsani mā kānū yaʿmalūn reflects the harmonious integration of divine justice and mercy and presents an inspiring paradigm for the ethical and spiritual development of human beings.</span> <span lang="AR-SA">آیه شریف «</span><span lang="FA">وَلَنَجْزِیَنَّهُمْ أَجْرَهُمْ بِأَحْسَنِ مَا کَانُوا یَعْمَلُونَ</span><span lang="AR-SA">» از عمیق‌ترین آموزه‌های قرآنی در بیان سازوکار عدل و فضل الهی در نظام جزا و پاداش است. پرسش اصلی این پژوهش آن است که مقصود از «</span><span lang="FA">أَحْسَنِ مَا کَانُوا یَعْمَلُونَ</span><span lang="AR-SA">» چیست و این تعبیر چگونه کیفیت پاداش اعمال را تبیین می‌کند؟ این مطالعه با روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و با تکیه بر منابع تفسیری فریقین، روایات و تحلیل‌های تربیتی عالمان علوم تربیتی، به بررسی دیدگاه‌های موجود پرداخته است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که تفسیر این عبارت صرفاً محدود به انتخاب برترین عمل و پاداش دادن بر اساس آن نیست، بلکه این وعده، بیان‌گر سازوکاری ارتقایی است که در آن خداوند با فضل خویش اعمال نیک بندگان را به بالاترین درجه کمال می‌رساند و در سایه ایمان و صبر، سیئات آنان را می‌پوشاند یا تبدیل به حسنات می‌سازد. این تفسیر با آیات مرتبط همچون «</span><span lang="FA">إِنَّمَا یُوَفَّى الصَّابِرُونَ أَجْرَهُم بِغَیْرِ حِسَابٍ</span><span lang="AR-SA">» و «</span><span lang="FA">یُضَاعَفُ لَهَا</span><span lang="AR-SA">» همخوانی دارد. افزون بر دلالت‌های کلامی و تفسیری، این آموزه قرآنی کارکردهایی عمیق در روان‌شناسی مثبت‌نگر، انگیزش اخلاقی، تربیت دینی و تقویت امید و مسئولیت‌پذیری دارد. در نتیجه، وعده «</span><span lang="FA">بِأَحْسَنِ مَا کَانُوا یَعْمَلُونَ</span><span lang="AR-SA">» تجلی‌گاه پیوند عدل و رحمت الهی و الگویی امیدآفرین برای رشد اخلاقی و معنوی انسان است.</span> https://qhs.isu.ac.ir/article_78170_bacad5a7012004e84a61dd3f085fb6f7.pdf
