Abstract

The issue of human need for religion is one of the new issues in the field of theology, the main reliance on the effects of religion in meeting various individual and social needs. This article takes a new approach to other types of connection between religion and human needs that thinkers in various fields of thought have somehow believed in; Extract and critique from the perspective of the verses of the Holy Quran.
Finally, by quoting the verses of the Holy Quran, the view of the divine school of Islam in this regard has been sought, based on this view, recognizing the innate need for religion for man as the supreme creation of God and diligence in its role in perfecting capacity The existence of man, who is also the perfection and goal of all creation, has somehow put religion and religiosity at the end of the system of existence, and with this approach, which results from deep knowledge and all-encompassing surroundings of God Almighty on the dimensions and capacity of existence and ultimate destination of man; This view is safe from the pests of human science and prevails over all theories.
