The study of methodology of content interpretation has a significant role in determining its kinds. This is the main question of this article: Content interpretation in contrastive analysis based on which methods is important in determining its kinds? And what are the characteristics of its basis? A kind of content interpretation of Qur’ans in which interpreters gather verses related to a special subject and reveal Qur’an`s viewpoint, is called content base interpretation. Considering methodology, this kind of interpretation is compared to a special school in humanities known as school of positivism. This research uses a descriptive-analytical approach to mention the characteristics of “Quranic view” in content interpretation in comparison to positivist approach. In this article we use content oriented interpretation in contrast with problem oriented interpretations and critical content interpretation Positivism and commentators "issue-oriented" Holy Qur'an, containing important principles such significant religious statements, verisimilitude language of the Qur'an and the Kingdom located disagrees. On the other hand, according to the capacities of methodological school of positivism and the status of "theory" in the Quran based on subjective interpretations centered "theory of Quran", you must have important features like: Dependence on the verses, explaining the causal relations based the rational principles of universality and portability between is subjective
