One of the important issues in study of religion is the treatment of religious authority according to which that is looking for religious knowledge must refer to religious specialists. This point has its basis in verses of Quran like the verses of “nafara” and “soal”. According to the historical evidences the founder of religious authority at first was the prophet himself, but religious authority as a system which is to reply the demands and requirements of Imami Society, formed and developed at the time of Imams especially Imam Bagher and Sadegh (p.) such as that after occultation to this time the same system resolve the problems and questions of Shiate Muslim.
